4 channels publishing on autopilot · next run in
Aryan Neopane · builds and runs every system here · replies today

The job someone does by hand every week — done by software that's still doing it six months later.

The invoice typing, the Monday report, the thing somebody redoes every week. I build it once, put it on a computer you own, and it keeps running after I am gone.

This box is live. My own server publishing four channels while I sleep — a real scheduled run, replayed, with the checks that watch it. You do not have to read it; anyone technical will know what it proves.

What I fix

Three jobs people still do by hand every week.

Not a no-code workflow that breaks the day someone moves a menu — real code on a server you own, with logs, alerts and a runbook.

Paperworkfrom $2,200

Typing invoices into a spreadsheet.

Only the one it is unsure about reaches a person.

Today a person retypes every line of an invoice, about six hours a week. After: the page is read at once, every field lands in a table, and only the one field the software is unsure about is passed to a person — about four minutes.
Today
Someone spends about six hours a week retyping invoices, intake forms and statements.
After
Four minutes. A person only checks the handful the software was not sure about.
Reliabilityfrom $300

The weekly report that stopped sending.

Now a check catches it the same day, every day.

A weekly report runs, then stops for four weeks with no alarm, and a customer asks before you notice. After: a check catches the failure the same day and it runs again.
Today
It broke quietly months ago. Nobody noticed until a customer asked where their numbers were.
After
It arrives on time, and if it ever fails again I hear about it before you do.
Contentfrom $3,200

Posting on a schedule, without hiring for it.

Your week fills itself in, on the days you chose.

Today one person researches, writes, records and uploads every week. After: the chain runs itself and the week's posting days fill in on their own.
Today
Someone has to research, write, record, edit and upload every week — or it simply does not happen.
After
It runs on its own. Mine has published 162 videos since May without me touching it.
How it works

You know the number before I start.

01 · Today

Tell me what it costs you

Hours a week, or someone's salary. I reply the same day with questions, not a pitch.

02 · Within 24 hours

A fixed price, three ways

A small version, the real one, and the real one with monitoring. If it takes longer than I estimated, that is my problem.

03 · One to two weeks

Live on your server

Deployed in your name, with alerts, a one-page runbook and the source in your repo. Thirty days of fixes included.

A real outage

The month my own system went quiet, and why yours will not.

In July my own uploads stopped for a month, and every single run still reported success — because the code checked that it had finished, not that anything had actually been published.

Nothing alerted, because nothing was checking the outcome, only the process. That is the failure mode of almost every automation you have been sold. So every build I ship now checks that the thing actually happened, and tells a human when it did not.

Four channels in property, finance, health and home subjects. The channel names stay private, but the schedule is read from the real crontab — nine publishes a week from one box, staggered so no two land in the same hour.
For agencies

White-label AI and backend overflow, under your brand.

You are being asked for AI content, assistants and automation you cannot staff. I build it under your name, never speak to your client, and finish on time. You resell at your rate. Net-15.

  • $65/hrOverflow engineering under your brand. I check in before hour twenty.
  • $2,400Each content pipeline after the first: a config file, not a rebuild.
  • $450/moPer-client AI search visibility report you forward with your logo on it.
  • $3,500Site assistant over a client's own content, with a refusal guard.

Four of the twelve. No hourly billing, and nothing rented back from me.

Fix a broken automation

Your scheduled job stopped. I find out why, fix it, and add a check so you hear about the next one from me rather than from a customer.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

A good fit if

  • You already know which job is eating the hours — you could name it right now.
  • It runs on a schedule, or it repeats: every week, every month, every invoice.
  • You want to own what gets built, on your own server, with the code in your hands.
  • You would rather have a fixed price up front than an hourly bill you cannot predict.

Probably not if

  • You want someone to sit in your standups and take tickets — that is a hire, not this.
  • The job changes shape every time it runs, so there is no pattern to automate yet.
  • You need a big-team build with a project manager and a six-month roadmap.
  • You want the cheapest possible option. I am not it, and the cheap version usually breaks.

A sentence or two is enough — what is eating your team's time, or what has broken. I read every message myself and reply the same day with questions and a fixed price.
