How it works

You tell me what is costing you time — in hours a week, or in someone's salary. I price against that, not against my hours. The price above is fixed: if the build takes longer than I estimated, that is my problem, not your invoice.

When it is done it goes onto your infrastructure and I hand over the repository, the deploy script and the runbook. You are not renting it back from me, and you are not stuck if you decide to work with someone else later.
