How it works
You tell me what is costing you time — in hours a week, or in someone's salary. I price against that, not against my hours. The price above is fixed: if the build takes longer than I estimated, that is my problem, not your invoice.
Where this ends
- One payment. When the site is live and handed to you, the job is finished — there is no retainer you have to opt out of.
- Everything is in your name: the domain, the hosting account, the code. I set them up during the build and hand you the keys. I do not hold your accounts.
- No dashboard, no login, no portal for you to manage. It is a website; it sits there and works.
- You pay the domain registrar and the host directly. What that costs depends on the domain you want and how much traffic you get, so I will not quote you a figure I cannot stand behind — I will show you the actual options before you buy anything. That money never comes to me, so I have no reason to mark it up.
- After handover I am not involved again unless you want me to be. If you never call me back, the site keeps running anyway.
If you do want me involved later
Only if you want it. Rates are in line with what small-business web work goes for — freelance care plans generally run $95–350 a month, and ad-hoc work $50–150 an hour.
New page, copy changes, a form added. Billed for what it takes, nothing standing.
Up to an hour of changes a month, plus SSL renewal, backups checked, updates applied, and uptime monitored so you hear it from me and not a customer. Cancel any month.
